Doug currently develops and manages quality control processes and supervises field and laboratory technicians. Doug is a Licensed Civil Engineer who has had a diverse range of experience in the civil engineering industry that includes serving as an officer in the US Air Force in Alaska, an extensive career in the Construction Materials Testing and Inspection industry, as well as a twelve-year tenure with Cal Fire. He has served as President of the ASCE Fresno Branch (twice) and the San Francisco Section of ASCE. Currently he’s the ASCE Disaster Preparedness Chair for California, or Region 9 as classified by ASCE and is an instructor for the Safety Assessment Program also known as SAP.
