PanCakes with Principals

Pancakes with Principals is an interview series created by Fresno YMF featuring experienced engineers from various local firms. Join us as we discuss topics including career paths, workplace dynamics, current events, and professional development with featured Civil Engineering Leaders within our community. Our mission is to provide opportunities for our members to connect within, outreach to our community, and bridge the gap between students and professionals.

It is our goal to open these interview sessions to all of our members and eventually make these in-person events with actual pancake breakfasts.  But for now, we are settling for the COVID-friendly alternative - Zoom gatherings!
Recordings of our previous Pancakes with Principals conference calls are featured below and on our Fresno YMF Youtube Page.
